Weekly proof of a negative diagnostic test (antigen or RT-PCR) must be provided to Tricia Bush in the Rec Department prior to participating in the program.
Fully vaccinated individuals, anyone fully vaccinated, two weeks after the second dose of Pfizer or Moderna or two weeks after the one shot Johnson and Johnson, is exempt from testing. Proof of vaccination needs to be sent to Tricia Bush in the Rec Department prior to participating in the program.
