Wildcat Aquatics Pre-season Mini Training Camp

Dates: August 15 - September 2, 2022
Location: PEIF Pool & MSHS Pool

SENIOR CATS AND GOLD LEVEL SWIMMERS ONLY

Senior Cats: [$165]

This group will focus on race preparation through the use of race specific stroke correction and higher intensity swimming sets. Swimmers in this group are encouraged to attend at least 5 practices a week. Swimmers must require permission from the head coach to enter this group.

August 15-26
Monday-Friday 7-9 am @ the PEIF pool
August 29 - Sept. 2
M,W,F @ MSHS 6-8 pm and Tu, Th @ the PEIF Pool 5-7 pm

Gold Group: [$145]

Gold group will focus on stroke correction and race strategies through the use of drills, more intense swimming sets for endurance, and race specific stroke correction. Swimmers in this group are encouraged to make at least 4 practices per week. Swimmers must be able to swim 200 yards of freestyle and backstroke, 100 yards of butterfly and breaststroke and have knowledge of flip turns and race starts.
