Sport Performance Camp
Come and experience sport performance at the collegiate level! An opportunity for personal growth within a fun group setting. We will provide you with the correct tools and positive environment to take you to the next level in your athleticism!
Who: High School Girls (9th-12th Grade)
When: June 13th- July 8th. Three sessions a week for 4 weeks (M-W-F).
*July 4th week (T-W-F).
Where: NMU Athletic facilities
What: Sport Performance - Overall strength, power, speed, agility, with focus on injury prevention and quality movement.
What to wear: Appropriate athletic attire. Athletic shoes. No jewelry.
What to bring: Water bottle and snack for after session.
*Must be physically able to run and participate in lifting activities
Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
M.Ed., CSCS, USAW, CF-L2
Division I Collegiate Athlete and experience coaching at multiple Division I institutions, with a large variety of sports.
Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Division II Collegiate Athlete and experience coaching multiple teams at a very high level.
